Founder
Pradeep Dubey is the Founder of The Australian Food Company, combining elite academic training with global FMCG leadership across India and Australia.
An alumnus of the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, Pradeep brings a rigorous foundation in strategy and brand building, complemented by advanced studies at The University of Notre Dame Australia and Curtin University. His career began with leading multinational organisations including Pepsi, Coca-Cola, and Cadbury, where he developed deep expertise in scaling brands, route-to-market execution, and operational discipline in highly competitive consumer markets.
Working across India and Australia, Pradeep identified a clear gap: as consumers became more quality- and provenance-conscious, access to premium, clean-label food products remained fragmented and inconsistently scaled. He founded The Australian Food Company to address this gap through a partnership-led platform anchored in quality at source, disciplined supply chains, and long-term brand stewardship.
Today, Pradeep leads with an institution-building mindset—focused on scaling responsibly, preserving authenticity, and creating enduring value for consumers, partners, and markets.
